Susan O’Carroll has now completed conducting detailed California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) training for the City of Pasadena’s Planning Division staff. The training was conducted in five 3.5-hour sessions. The first two sessions occurred in November and December 2011, with the remaining three in January and February 2012. The five CEQA training sessions covered: 1) CEQA Overview; 2) Initial Studies and Negative Declarations – Part A; 3) Initial Studies and Negative Declarations – Part B; 4) Environmental Impact Reports – Part A; and 5) Environmental Impact Reports – Part B, Introduction to NEPA, and Project Management Considerations. The training was conducted in association with Willdan Engineering.
